The brief
As public services become increasingly digital, citizens still face challenges managing physical documents and navigating fragmented government systems. From carrying passports and driving licenses to repeatedly submitting the same documents for different services, the experience remains time consuming and inefficient.
The goal behind eNagarik was to design a unified platform where citizens could securely store verified digital documents, access essential government services, and complete applications without relying on physical paperwork. The experience needed to feel trustworthy, accessible, and modern while maintaining the confidence expected from a government-backed platform.

Our solution
We designed eNagarik as a citizen-first digital platform that combines secure document management with a comprehensive government services dashboard. The experience focuses on simplicity, allowing users to access everything from one centralized account.
Citizens can securely manage passports, National IDs, driving licenses, birth certificates, vehicle registrations, and other official documents while using QR-based verification for instant identity confirmation. Alongside document storage, the platform provides online applications, service tracking, notifications, and real-time status updates for various government services. The interface emphasizes clarity, security, and ease of use, creating a digital experience that feels both reliable and approachable.
